RECYCLing ROCKS!

We have partnered with Upparel to recycle textiles that might otherwise go into landfill,

giving it new life and reducing carbon emissions. The textiles we recycle are turned into a cushion-like fibre material

which is then used to create home insulation, filling for furniture, mattresses and more!

In 2022 we recycled 465kg of textiles, let's see if we can double that in 2023!

What can be recycled?

Pretty much every textile - old uniforms, old parachutes, basically anything that is a fabric!

If you're not sure if it can be recycled, fill out the form below anyway and we will be in touch.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW

Let us know what you're sending back, where you're sending it from and who to get in touch with in the form below.

  • COURIER PICK UP

Once everything is packed and ready to go, we will organise a courier to pick it up and take it to Upparel's recycling HQ in Victoria.

  • IT'S RECYCLED!

Every 3 months, Upparel sends us an update with how much we've recycled, including how many carbon emissions have been saved in the process! We then share this on the staff intranet.
